At fnd aware nz, we aim to provide a centralised source of global information about functional neurological disorder, which is little known and often misunderstood in Aotearoa.
We have designed pamphlets for distribution explaining the condition when there are none in NZ, and, we have developed a medical lanyard, endorsed by St John's, so your medical information is available if you're unable to speak.
These are valid for many health conditions, and sports our sunflower logo, the symbol for hidden disabilities.
We seek funding for the production of these essential items needed to supply to all New Zealanders!
