Help wee James and his family

James is in starship hospital with heart failure due to a tumour on his adrenal gland. it is a long road to recovery for James they need his heart stable before they can operate on the tumour and then further investigation needs to happen to find out if the tumour is benign or malignant. His family will need to stay in Auckland for a long time his mum and dad can't work at the minute as they are taking turns one at the hospital with James and one at the temporary accommodation with James sister Lily. James parents Sarah and Ian are from the uk and have no family support here just their friends family. Covid is also prohibiting friends and family from helping. Any help would be much appreciated. The financial support will be one less worry they have in these very uncertain times
