Helping a Young Dancer Shine

Hi everyone,

Writing this isn’t easy and i am not one to ask for help, but I’m reaching out with hope and humility to ask for a little support for my daughter.

My daughter has found her passion in rock ’n’ roll dancing. It’s more than just a hobby, it’s where she feels confident, proud, and truly herself. She trains hard, gives it her all, and has an upcoming competition that means so much to her.

As a single mum, I do everything I can to support her dreams, but the reality right now is that times are incredibly tough. Like many families, we are feeling the pressure of rising living costs, and despite my best efforts, I’m struggling to afford the essentials she needs to compete, specifically her rock ’n’ roll shoes and competition dress.

This isn’t about anything fancy or extra. These items are required for her to step onto the floor and take part, and without them, she may miss out on an opportunity she has worked so hard for. As a mum, that’s a really difficult position to be in.

I know everyone is doing it tough at the moment, so please know there is absolutely no pressure to donate. Any contribution, no matter how small, would help ease this burden and allow my daughter to stand proudly on the dance floor. Even sharing this page would mean more than you know.
