Help my Nana save her house

My nana, who lives in Auckland, her house is sinking. Fix has been valued at $6000, but unfortunately that is not possible for her to pay.

My Nana moved to Pukekohe 10 years ago, from here in Christchurch. At that stage money was not an issue. Her small house was built of site, and then moved to her sons farm. She has put practically all her money into the house, and now has very very little left.

The corner of the house is on soft, unstable land, and has sunk by at least 50cm. After years of deliberation, a builder came and quoted $6000 for the repair. However with $1000 in her bank account, that is just not possible to pay.

At 75 years old, her physical conditions is quickly deteriorating, and it is an unsafe situation. She is on her own for most of each day, and any accident that may occur, means she is practically helpless.

We are appealing for your help, as a last resort. Anything is much appreciated.
