Horsepower Funds for Rebecca
Spinal injuries can cause a multitude of problems in all aspects of one's quality of life. Rebecca's mobility is severely compromised.

Rebecca has loved and cared for horses all her life and been an active member of the Dannevirke Social Riding Club. While out riding with friends she has suffered injuries that have left her hospitalised with cervical spine damage.
With Christchurch Hospital being a great distance from the family home in Dannevirke, the ability to regularly travel to support Rebecca comes at a cost. We are hoping this page can provide Rebecca's family with money to assist them to travel when needed and minimise the stress they are already experiencing. Funds raised will also go towards assisting Rebecca with her ongoing recovery and any lifestyle changes she may need make.

I am a friend and riding buddy of Rebecca who was with her at the time of her accident. I am wanting to support her and her family through this difficult time.

Rebeccas progress 21 June 2018
Rebecca has had her first shower in 6weeks !! She feels like a new baby ...and nowshe can walk unsupported for short distances and longer times with her walker. Rebecca is able to giver herself her meals, hold her coffee cup, and also hold her phone and text!!
Amazing progress with home looking more likely by mid July..GO REBECCA!!
