If you enjoyed the podcast, would you consider giving to Headway, Brain Injury Auckland as we continue to reach out into the community providing education, support and navigation services to anyone affected by brain injury.
Timothy Giles began his long relationship with Headway following a severe concussion, which changed his life significantly. A recent milder concussion, combined with a comment from a friend and lockdown, made Timothy realise that he wanted to give back to the Headway Community as recognition of the services and support we provide. He was inspired to record a series of intimate conversations about his experiences of living with concussion and providing insights on the ways to make living with concussion easier and more fulfilling.
This powerful tool (and a first in New Zealand) for those who are living with concussion and for their friends, families, carers and work associates, helping them come to grips with and accept what they are dealing with.
