Handing the Shame Back
I am an author & advocate for adult survivors of child sexual abuse am creating & providing resources to support this large global group.

Did you know that in NZ up to 1 in 3 adults are adult survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA)?
Were you aware that:
1. That the average age these adults disclose is 52 years old?
2. That over 70% of all PTSD sufferers experienced a form of childhood trauma
3. That over 80% of drug and alcohol addiction are linked to CSA
4. Up to 50% of all Suicides are linked to the trauma and shame of CSA
5.It begins in secrecy, builds in silence and the shame of it all keeps them quiet?

Use of funds
This will go towards the costs of building a new website, maintaining the podcast channels, paying the Tech and Website team, plus the editor and printing and publishing costs of the book. This will also enable me to provide material at workshops.
