Jacob is a 15 years old an has found out he has relapsed :( he has a rear type of cancer synovial sarcoma

A week before Christmas jacob (15) was having his routine MRI and chest xray unfortunately we got devastating news that day that they found a 1.7cm tumor on his lung....jacob is the eldest of 4 children...we have opened this page so people can donate to help take some pressure of financially as we embark on this journey again.

Hey all jacobs page is closing in a few days an we just want to say a massive thank you to each an every one of you that has donated an made our trip full of amazing memories.
Jacob is doing well at the moment an is at school pretty much every day.... its jacobs 17th birthday on Friday an we are so grateful for everything birthday we get to have with him ❤
