While Jason is over 2hrs away getting chemo,Michelle is required to work.Lets help ease the burden of all costs this has created
Hawke's Bay
As with most cases cancers strikes when we least expect it. Jason and Michelle are very much in love, with a gorgeous daughter. Jason also has another daughter from a previous relationship who they both love unconditionally. They are in the middle of planning there April 2016 wedding. When visiting the doctor for an earache, the doctor didn't like the way Jason looked and after a series of questions ran blood tests. By the next day the results were in and Jason had had 2 blood transfusions and a bone marrow test. With Leukemia confirmed within a few days. Jason has now traveled down to palmy to start his first round of chemo starting tomorrow(11/08/2015) Michelle can stay for the first week but due to finances needs to be back at work. Home is over 2hrs away from where Jason will be getting treatment making it very difficult for her to be there to support him. Lets help her be there for him because we all know Jason is just going to worry about his girls.
I've known Michelle for over five years and Jason ever since he swept her off her feet. I don't want to see Michelle burdened with financial difficulties. I want to see this loving beautiful couple focus on themselves for once and Jason to make it through this. I want all there family and friends to be able to feel like there helping,so here I am.
after chemo 15 September 2015
Jason spoke with doctors in wellington and heres what happened.. "Been down in Wellington hospital this morning had a meeting with the bone transplant doctor looks like we will be doing the transplant as the chemo will stop the cancer for now but will probably come back again in 20 years time but if we take the transplant it has a 99.9% chance of stopping the cancer for good but there are a lot of risks my body could fight it and make me very sick could get skin rash all over and will look like I've been burnt by fire some organs could stop working and a 20% chance that I could die about 1 in 5 die. But the doctor said I'm fit and healthy got past the first round of chemo easy as and I'm staying positive about the hole thing he said that will make the hole thing so much easier for me and my body and should fly though it easy as if we go ahead with it have to do the second round of chemo and then we will go from there. If it's a go it will be 3 months in hospital down in Wellington hospital and I must say what a maze that place is lol. But if I stay positive should be able to get out a lot earlier. But yer I've got this will do it for me family and friends and my 2 little girls and of course Michelle"
