KittyCat Rescue needs an HQ!

We're supurr excited to announce we've been offered space for a headquarters for our rescue right here in local Upper Hutt!!

Once paperwork has been sorted we can apply for grants, but for now we need to fundraise, fundraise, fundraise!! We know it's a repetitive ask but funds are what we need most importantly right now.

We've been kindly gifted the first 8 weeks rent free with an ongoing 8 weekly renewal to ensure we can make this work. Rent is $24,000 a year. $2K a month, $500 weekly.

The layout is perfect with a large open front space with a shared safety door walk-in. 3 separate rooms, a private toilet, shared staffroom, storage, and garage!

With the HQ we immediately need to remove the carpet to replace with hardwood floors. Eventually we will also need signage but for now we need to focus on paying the rent as far in advance as we can.

This is an absolute dream for me. I feel extremely blessed and lucky to be offered this incredible opportunity so soon into my rescue journey (Thanks to the help of Kelly & Glenn Ritchie)

An HQ would completely change and enhance our rescue work for the better.
