Kōwhai needs your help!
Kōwhai is in critical condition and needs your help to get her the right treatment. I refuse to give up!

I took Kōwhai in to my care nearly 2 years ago and have been fighting to get her healthy ever since. I have since built her a bigger terrarium and got her all the right bulbs and things that she needs.
I am a student and to date have spent all I can on her.
Kōwhai is currently in critical condition and needs your help to get her the right treatment.
She is currently being hospitalised as we speak. After many many visits to a bunch of different vets and many many tests and X-rays later we suspect respiratory infection and metabolic bone disease.
She is about 5 years old and only weighing 190grams. This is not normal for a bearded dragon. She’s about a third the size she’s supposed to be which is also making things a bit harder.
As long as I still see that shine in her eyes, I refuse to give up on her! Surrendering her as suggested, is not an option for me!
Please help me cover her expenses to get her the treatment she needs.
I love my girl and I really just want her to get better.
I appreciate any help I can get. Please also keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Kia Ora whānau and friends,
Aroha mai for the delay in update, been a bit busy with uni and other things but also didn't want to finally update until all bills were confirmed.
Kōwhai's bill's came to a total of $593. With the donations more than covering these costs, i have decided to donate some of the remaining amount to our lovely Bearded Dragon Hub Facebook page (who supported Kōwhai since the first day i got her) and our local SPCA to help with the animals there.
Missing my girl so much, still feels weird without her. Will never forget the memories we made in the time i had her.
Thank you all for making it possible to help my girl as much as i could and for being there for me in the process. I am so very grateful.
