My sister Rachel's partner Samuela Tora returned home to Fiji in October 2023 when his mother was unwell and quickly passed after his arrival.

When Sam became very unwell but was in his village and a long way from hospital.

Tuesday 7th November Sam was unexpectedly admitted to a local hospital and then transfered to Lautoka city Hospital ICU department. In septic shock, acute kidney failure and pneumonia. He was quickly intubated and sedated In a critical condition. All we could do is wait we are day 9 now and he is still in the ICU unit Intubated and sedated.

My sister, Sams daughter, her brother and I flew over to be at his side however the the cost of this has taken us by surprise we can not afford to medically fly Sam home to NZ however we can with your help ensure Rachel and any other family members are able to have accomodation transport and food for the they are here.

Also the money will help his ongoing hospital cover, cares and medication.

I am not asking for a lot only what you can I need to ensure my sister is comfortable and not worried about finding money for unexpected costs, well being at his side until we can get them both home safely.
