Help us deliver 4 critical water tanks to Losalava Primary on Gaua Island to secure a 31-day drought safety net for 215 students!

IMAGINE A PRIMARY SCHOOL CLOSING FOR A MONTH BECAUSE THERE ISN'T A SINGLE DROP OF WATER TO DRINK 💧
This is the reality for 215 children at Losalava Primary School on remote Gaua Island, Vanuatu. During a recent trek to climb the active crater rim of Mt. Garet and canoe across Lake Letas, we fell in love with Gaua's warm people and the mesmerizing music of the traditional Water Women.
But we also discovered a severe water crisis.
The school has extensive iron roofs to catch rain, but relies on just two tiny tanks. Last year, this supply emptied in days during a dry spell, forcing an emergency month-long school shutdown.
Pacific Pathways is launching the LOSALAVA SCHOOL URGENT WATER PROJECT to deliver 4x 6,000L tanks, creating a vital **31-day drought safety net.** The community is providing 100% free volunteer labor to carry the tanks up the beach and build the bases—we just need the hardware.
OUR PROJECT GOALS:
📌NZD $16,178 is our total target for 4 complete tanks, plumbing, and sea freight.
📌NZD $2,801 completely purchases, ships, and installs one single 6,000L tank setup.
THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THESE CLASSROOMS OPEN! 🏫✨
