Support Mangere BikeFIT Community Hub to replace stolen items

$4,705 of $6,000 goal
Given by 44 generous donors in around 3 months

The Māngere BikeFIT Community Hub have had tools and bikes stolen from their hub. Please consider donating to support Mr T and his team.

Mangere, Auckland

Māngere BikeFIT Community Hub have been serving the community of Māngere for over 10 years through free biking activations, cycle workshops, group bike rides and school cycle activities.

Mr T (Teau Aiturau) and his team of volunteers help fix bikes for locals for free and donate repurposed bikes to tamariki in need.

Unfortunately they had a break-in over the weekend at the hub on Waddon Place and had their bike tools stolen.

This has meant they are now not able to fix bikes properly and are limited in what they can use.

They have had numerous break-ins over the past month, including another large break-in at their main storage facility down at Centre Park. A number of bikes were also stolen.

They are needing the community's support to help replace the tools that were stolen, replace the bikes that are stolen and potentially purchase new surveillance equipment.
