Merivale Reserve Playground
We are putting a playground into Merivale Reserve, between Office Road and Rugby Street, Christchurch.

There are a lack of playground facilities in the Merivale area in Christchurch so the Merivale Community Playground Society arranged for a playground design plan to be presented to the local Community Board which was considered and then approved in August 2014. The Council is unable to pay for the full cost of installation so the Society is aiming to fundraise the projected cost sum of $86,838 within one year.

We've done it! We've raised the target figure and the playground has been built. Come and help us out at the Opening and Community Planting Day on Saturday, 19 March 2016, 10am - 12pm.
