NZ Music T-Shirt Day takes place on Friday 28 May 2021 as part of NZ Music Month. It's about celebrating great kiwi music and showing your support by sporting your favourite band tee. It's all about fun, but many people are doing it tough, so please join MusicHelps to raise funds for kiwi music workers whose livelihoods have been shattered by the effects of Covid-19, and also to help the most vulnerable in our communities through projects that use the power of music to help and heal.
MusicHelps is a unique charity that uses the power of music to help and heal in Aotearoa. We develop and support projects in the community that use music to support the most vulnerable in our communities.
About us
MusicHelps supports projects that use the power of music to help and heal New Zealanders in need. MusicHelps also provides vital support and hardship assistance to New Zealand's music people and their families in times of crisis.
Use of funds
Music Therapy in schools, hospices and hospitals, music projects that help disabled people and music-based interventions that help at-risk youth. Free professional counselling and emergency financial and wellbeing support to kiwi music workers.
