My name is Kayla, I am a 8 year old Border Collie that is currently undergoing treatment for Pancreatitis.

On the 1st of February my owners and brother came home and found me unresponsive with my eyes rolling and it was kinda scary even for me.

I went to the doggie doctors and received treatment, fluids and IV antibiotics. When I got home I was a bit the same and was rushed to the after hours hospital, I was lucky that my owners knew me so well because my life was saved and I am now undergoing multiple treatments for my sickness.

I am now turning to the public for help because my treatment so far has costed my family $2000 dollars, with additional cost coming up in the days to come.

I have to go back in everyday for the next few days to undergo treatment for my sickness. It doesn’t help when I have underplaying issues with my diabetes, this doesn’t help me at all.

If you can help funds that i get will help not only with my treatment costs but it will also help with petrol getting me to and from the doggie doctors so I can undergo my treatment. The cost per day I am looking at is $200

I am asking for help because I love my family and it is a little bit of a struggle at the moment. My family would do anything to keep me healthy and they are not giving up on me so I don’t want to give up on them

It hurts that we have to ask for help but we would kindly appreciate even just $1 if you can spare it.
