We’ve been given an amazing opportunity to set up a permanent bike hub at Ōtaki College! This new space would allow our dedicated volunteers to fix even more unwanted bikes and get them back out into the community. Your donation will not only help us create a sustainable source of transport for local families, but it will also help us keep hundreds of bikes from ending up in a landfill. Join us in building a more connected and sustainable Ōtaki.

Energise Ōtaki connects Ōtaki’s power source - its people - with energy projects to light up our world. From reducing carbon emissions to ending energy poverty to transforming 'waste', we work for healthier environments.
Use of funds
Money donated will be spent on making the site accessible and more suitable for bike fixing, a shelter cover, and container painting.

Since 2017 we've revamped your donated bikes and given them away. These refurbished bicycles provide essential, affordable transportation for individuals and families who need reliable access to work, school, and leisure activities. Help us set up our new bike space hub so that our volunteers can get even more bikes back into the Community.
