We are bringing NZ Eid Day back to Christchurch, but we need your help!
NZ Eid Day now has a permanent Christchurch team who are organizing a major celebration for Eid al Adha in 2021.
The vision of NZ Eid Day has always been to create an atmosphere of happiness, fun, diversity and unity, where New Zealand's Muslims and non-Muslims come together to celebrate the joyous spirit of Eid.
With the help of various govt organizations, we have raised $26,000 for this event, but our projected budget is short. We need your help to fundraise the balance. Run 100% by volunteers; your donations go 100% into the event to fund games, entertainment, food and the venue facilities.
After successfully organizing NZ Eid Day Christchurch in 2019, the feedback has been phenomenal. Therefore, we look forward to celebrating every possible Eid with the Christchurch community going forth.

Use of funds
Donations will be used on event costs including but not limited to venue hire, Electricity, stall setup, sound Contractors, general operations.
Any excess funds will go towards future New Zealand Eid Day events.
