HELP OUR FURBABYS

My puppy is currently in the pound and I need help getting him out I cannot do it on my own the government has no understanding on how much our furbabys mean too us but with everyone's help I can get him out please & others in the same situation I have 4 more days before he gets euthenised and I cannot bare the thought of losing him as days go by the money just keeps counting up he is not registered or mirco chipped because we was suppose too be on the 5th he was only 14weeks old I need him back
