Help a grieving daughter deal with sudden death of her father
Auckland
My dear friend Eve has just received the devastating news that her beloved Dad has just passed away in France. Eve is an amazing person with a huge heart and right now she really needs our help and support!
Eve's Dad Fabrice has suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in France, just 1 day before his 59th Birthday. Fabrice was a disability beneficiary with no partner, estate or insurance policies so Eve who is a medical student (which comes with massive student debt and stress!) is left to pay for arrangements herself. Her dad's sudden death is huge shock and there is a lot of pressure on her to get things sorted quickly and alone.
Due to French regulations they must vacate his house of all belongings urgently, and have been given 24 HOURS by the funeral home to try and come up with €4200 to cover the costs of the funeral home including moving his body, taxes, and for the absolute minimal cremation and basic urn so that Eve can bring him home.
Please consider supporting a grieving daughter deal with the sudden death of her Dad 💔

Rachael here - Huge thank you to everyone for your help, the outpouring of love and support has been overwhelming ❤️
Eve is having a really hard time coming to terms with her dad's death and this support really means the world to her and one less thing she has to worry about right now.
I have increased the goal slightly as in the rush to make this page I forgot to take into account the 5% fee givealittle charge and have extended the timeframe by 2 weeks after Eve's recent update. If there is anything left over I hope to get Eve a small piece of memorial jewellery so she can keep her Dad with her always after being separated for so long ❤️🩹
