( ͡° ᴥ ͡°)  Patches Knows You'll Help her, Please People don't disappoint her (=;ェ;=)

My Gorgeous Girl Patches has been diagnosed with an Overactive Thyroid. This caused her to lose weight (about 2kg's), she went off her food and generally was not in a good state. The main treatment to cure her is Radioactive Iodine Treatment which will cure her Overactive Thyroid permanently.

I have had Patches from a 6 week old kitten, she is now 12 years old. She is my companion and has always been tuned into my moods eg., if I have been sad she will always come and sit and cuddle with me. Now I want to help her in her time of need.

Besides the Radioactive Iodine Treatment ($950.00) she has had and has to have additional tests before and after this treatment (approx. $350-$450 each). Patches also has a Benign Cyst on her back that has been drained twice but needs an operation (approx. $950) to remove.

I have spent about $965 to date for tests and treatment with future costs approximately $2,800.

My loved dog Huckle fell ill in October 2018 and was diagnosed with arthritis, fused vertebrae (which disassociated his back legs) pancreatic cancer and an enlarged liver. Sadly he went to sleep on 31st October 2018 ($1,550). Patches was there with cuddles for me.

I sold my UTE to help pay for vets bills but have now exhausted all funds and have nothing more to sell.

Patches is currently under treatment (one tablet per day) which has stabilized her Thyroid, she has put on 1kg in weight and is more like herself. She's now waiting for an opening to have the Radioactive Iodine Treatment.

Anything anyone can spare would be greatly appreciated by Patches and me. Patches still has a lot of living to do, she is full of life (and attitude) again now that she's getting proper interim treatment.
