Supporting Pukerau Cemetery Developments

- Donovan Harvey of Roofcraft Gore generously completed the shelter at Pukerau Cemetery today.

- A very positive meeting was held on Wednesday this week to discuss planned activities with Mayor Tracy Hicks; Ian Soper - who has responsibility for the district cemeteries; Scott McIvor - Sexton; Stewart MacDonnell - Councilor; and members of the Pukerau Cemetery Support Group.

- Next steps include the seat along the rear wall, preparation of information for boards on the interior walls, landscaping, and marking the unmarked graves.
