Hi my name’s Shannon, I’m doing the Punch for Purpose 5 to fund raise for charity, I’m 44 yr old will be 45 yr old by the time I get in the ring and with the help from everyone hope to raise money for the Southern Youth Development Trust as I done a course when I was 16 and found it was a great course for young ppl to develop confidence and communication skills plus many more.
