Wellington
First of all, on behalf of my Family and Rachel, THANK YOU all who were able to donate/and share.
Rachel is now just passing one year of Chemotherapy/Surgery/Radiation treatments.
She still has quite a way to go yet to the end of the treatment.
She has currently tried to go back to work as she needs her paycheck of course. Now more than ever she is feeling the full effects of the cancer & treatment, and unable to get out of bed most days.
She uses all of what she has got to get Georgia ready and off to school.
Rachel is often is hospital with infections as a side effect from this.
If we were able to raise some money from our friends and family, she would be able to have the time to recover properly, be a present mother and start to feel like herself.
If you are in the position to donate anything small or large, please do. May I ask that you share this page also.
Details of Rachel's Cancer & Treatment so far:
Rachel has breast cancer which is called Triple Negative which means it is harder to treat, and hormones therapy does not work. This type of cancer makes up 10 - 15% of breast cancers.
As to date she has done the following: six months of intravenous Chemotherapy, surgery (Lumpectomy and node removal), course of daily Radiation, six months of oral Chemotherapy.
