Rich man living in a poor man's body wants to help create the Food Truck that Christchurch needs

I'm an entrepreneur, but as from the caption I'm, to put it in simple terms - a Rich man stuck in a poor man's body, resulting in the reality that I don't have the financial means or family backing to support my business or project ideas, so they seldom get to venture from idea out into the world - and with 6 kiddos, my own financial means are pretty much spoken for.

I am, however, extremely good at marketing and business production, so although to date this has only been in regards to non-profit projects, I'm about to move into a new house with my friend, Matthew Lewis, who's an up-and-coming Masterchef - with a life-long dream of running a food truck - and now that we've got a property to start working on projects together, I wanted to put the possibility out into the world to see if we could make it happen! 🚛

I love food, and Matty makes GREAT food - I've often contemplated the possibilities of running a food truck type business, and because I have awesome people skills and a very career-minded personality I think that if we could secure funding that we can create something that could really benefit our beautiful community here in Christchurch.

There are plenty of fast food options around town, but very seldom healthy cooked and contain a lot of processed shortcuts which aren't the best for our health - plus there is the affordability factor, so maybe some folks who feel the same might like to help us to achieve this!!
