Help Me Save Rosko’s Life

My name is Grace, and I’m fighting to save my beloved dog, Rosko.

He’s currently being held in a pound, and if I lose the legal battle ahead, he will be euthanised.

Rosko is not aggressive. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who has helped me through deep grief, trauma, and depression. He’s more than a pet. He’s my emotional support, my soul mate, and my best friend.

Earlier this year, while we were out walking, a runner came up behind us suddenly. We both got a fright and as we turned, Rosko’s mouth grazed the runner’s leg. There was a a surface mark but the man said he was fine and apologised for the sudden approach.

But six weeks ago Rosko was seized by animal control and taken to the pound. He’s been held in isolation ever since; confused, alone, and without the love, care and attention he’s always known.

His court date is this month. If we lose, he will be put down.

Legal & pound fees have already passed $10,000. I’m doing everything I can. I haven’t been sleeping. My other dog, Sophie, has stopped eating, she just waits on Roskos bed.

This is breaking us. Being without my boy and worrying about the outcome has been psychological torture.
