Shamuel BK - the resident of Pokhara/Lekhnath, Metropolitan City, Ward 29, Kaski, Nepal came to New Plymouth for studying Professional Cooking at Western Institute of Technology in March 2018. His death at such a young age is quite unfortunate. Not only was he young but he was a very thoughtful and hard-working young man who aspired to be a chef on completion of his study with hopes of making his family proud. Unfortunately, his dreams were shattered on 14th Oct at Taranaki wherein he met with an accident which took his precious life away.
Just to give a brief background about his family - Shamuel is survived by his mother, wife, his elder brother and a sister who is in Auckland for her study.

About us
With the patronage of Sir Edmund Hillary, the New Zealand Nepal Society (NZNS), an incorporated society, was established on 30 August 1995 in Auckland, New Zealand. We are supported by the voluntary services of its members and donors.
Use of funds
Funds will be used for Shamuel's family welfare back home in Nepal as he is survived by his mother and a young wife.
