Exceptional teacher tragically killed in an accident

My sister Joyce Fesico lovingly known as Madoy, tragically died in a 2 car collision yesterday near Queenstown.

She was in New Zealand to be the eldest family representative to our niece's wedding.

She dedicated her life to teaching high school students in Baao Camarines Sur for many years. She was actually due to retire comes January and was looking forward to endless days with family and love of gardening.

Whilst she was enjoying her short visit to New Zealand, she refrained from posting pictures as our province got ravaged by floods a week prior to her untimely death. She deemed it inappropriate and insensitive.

She was kind, considerate, chill, and funny. She was our confidante.

She leaves behind a husband, 3 children

and many grieving family, friends, and students.

Use of funds

Costs associated with repatriation and funeral. Any leftover will be handed to her husband to help with her youngest' child education needs.

I am deeply moved by the support we are getting for Madoy (Joyce). We are currently waiting for the necessary documents (death certificates, insurance, etc) to be sorted and go from there. This Thursday, we will go see Madoy in the funeral home and from there revisit the site of the accident for blessing.

If I haven't thanked or replied to the many messages of support and condolences, please know that we have read it . I appreciate you all.
