    Oh my gosh! There has been a surge of donations on our newest page. Thank you so much! To be honest I've been feeling a bit down lately, we've got a $118k bill for the lawyer sitting there at the moment and it's definitely not a nice feeling.

    Luckily, due to my health and upcoming surgery I've managed to secure Legal Aid for the rest of the duration of this case so that's relieved some pressure, but yes big bill still to pay.

    Kia Ora everyone,

    We are STILL fighting the good fight and things are starting to ramp up. We are in the Discovery phase for the court case where we have had to give up all of our privacy and hand over all of our accounts and data and devices to the lawyers to sift through to obtain any evidence for the case.

    This has meant HOURS of work for our legal time going through absolute masses of data so our bills are super high.

    We have created a new GAL page to be able to help with the legal costs so we would appreciate you help with getting it out there and publicising so we can hopefully raise the funds needed for our amazing team.

    We are also looking for any large funders who may want to help us out as we feel the financial strain of this battle and the fact we are basically gagged from conducting the main parts of our business and so income is tight for us to feed into this legal fight.

  • David and Goliath battle

    We are up for a battle here, but we are UP for the battle!

    Destiny Church are continuing their hate campaign against the LGBTQIA+ community and continuing to try and trash Erika and CoCo's reputations and all we stand for.

    As we know Destiny Church is going to throw their cash at this in the hope we will go away.

    But we refuse to, this isn't about just Erika and CoCo and Rainbow Storytime, this is a fight for the entire community and everyone who has been harrassed and belittled by these people, everyone who has has a disgusting false accusation made about them simply for living their life, for everyone that has had lies and fabricated facts made up about them to continue his toxic fight.

    One article quoted CoCo (Sunita) as saying "I am a 45-year-old woman, I’m peri-menopausal, and I’m a drag queen; don’t mess with me.” She isn't here to play!

    Anything we receive will go towards the legal costs and anything beyond that will be going towards all those other expenses we will incur with taking this action. Administrative, operational and logistical costs.

    Wow thank you so much! We’ve been advised to increase the goal to help cover more of the costs but our initial aim is definitely the $8,000 to get the case started.

    But rather than starting another page later we do a continuum on this one.

      I have screenshots of the kind of vile comments you are fighting against from Brian Tamakis Facebook page which have been there for 3 days now. Although he didn't post them, he has not removed them which would suggest that he agrees with them and endorses them. I have reported them to Facebook but as usual, no action was taken. If you have an email I am happy to forward them to you if needed.
