Every day, we show up. We listen, we care, we stand beside people in their toughest moments. Whether it’s ensuring families have food on the table, providing a safe space for older adults to connect, or supporting individuals with disabilities to live full and meaningful lives—Delta Community Support Trust is here.

Like many charities, we’re facing an urgent financial crisis. Costs are rising, funding is shrinking, and the need in our community has never been greater. We refuse to turn people away, but without immediate support, we may be forced to make heartbreaking decisions.
