This is to support Bronson and the whole Ford family through a difficult time
Auckland
This page has been set up on behalf of the Ford family
Tash and Steven are a family with five kids that have had a very unlucky start to the year. Steven is self-employed and has been effected by the floods which went straight through his whole workshop which meant he has had loss of income . Things are still not functional at work to then find out at the being of March that their 15 year old son Bronson’s who had been suffering from headaches has been diagnosed with a Brain tumour. Thankfully this has been removed this week and in terms of recovery has a long road ahead.
This has put not just a financial strain on the Ford family but also a emotional strain on all.
I’m writing this as this is a family that never asks for help and always are the first to reach out to support people if they see people struggling.
All money raised will go towards Bronson’s needs and to support the Ford family financially so that they can be with Bronson while he recovers and don’t have to worry about Finances, And what is left for the family of 7 to be able to have a family holiday to spend Quality time together to heal and make family memories.
Thank you very much for support this Whanau through this tough time. Let’s get behind them and give them the support they need at this time.
Best friends
Support the family on Bronson recovery and a family holiday
Update 15 May 2023
Thank you to everyone that has supported and is supporting us we are forever grateful 🙏. Today we had a day of scans we are still waiting for an appointment with the specialist but Bronson did a few extra scans to send to the neurologist and I think maybe for genetic testing? Not entirely sure but it's on the cards to get done to see if he qualifies for this Von Hipple syndrome. He has been going back to school for full days and doing well with recovery he is still waiting to be cleared for any sort of physical activity he is missing that and he is eating a bit more now too. It's still up and down but he is improving 😀
