Every time a Community Employment Hub opens in Niu Tireni (NZ) we take a powerful step toward healing — breaking cycles of poverty, addiction, crime, and mental distress.

These hubs are more than job spaces. They're places of purpose and belonging.

We use The RRR Model:

Reintegration, Rehabilitation, Reducing Reoffending — a kaupapa that helps our people reconnect with themselves, their whānau and hapū. The model aligns with He Whakaputanga, upholding tino rangatiratanga and community wellbeing.

Your support helps us get essentials:

A trailer, ute or dump truck, lawnmowers, water blaster, a digger and tools — gear for real work and real change.

Our weekly rhythm:

5 days working and learning life skills

1 day giving back to kaumātua and those with disabilities

1 day growing kai and learning to live sustainably

When we re-educate with life skills and old-school values, we reduce the need for more prisons, hospitals and rest homes. Whānau become the solution — not the system.
