Xander is 13 years old and on a Surf trip of a lifetime in Indonesia. He is currently in East Java surfing secret spots and living in a Village in Genteng. He will head back to Bali this week to participate in the Medewi Board-riders Contest and then back to East Java for the Pulau Merah Board-riders Contest the following week. He is planning on staying in Indonesia until early November 2023.

I am Xander’s mother. His sister and I have been travelling around East Java and Bali with Xander and his Dad (Mikey) for three weeks. We will be leaving them in a few days and i have set up this page to make sure Xander can achieve his surfing goals.
Use of funds
Xander has outgrown his current surfboard, any help towards getting new surfboards would be amazing. A few New Zealand dollars goes a long way in Indonesia. He is planning on staying in Indonesia until November any money will go towards that goal.

Xander is back home in New Zealand and getting used to the culture change. He is stoked to be back with his friends and has been charging at his home break in Raglan. We would like to thank everyone that supported his adventures in Indonesia. To follow his summer adventures in New Zealand, check out his Instagram page. The next big events for him will be the New Zealand Surfing National Championships that will be held in Dunedin in January 2024.
