These horses need your help 🙏

We have had an influx of 14 horses in 8 days

3 of those are needing alot of Veterinary attention

They all have their battles

Benji the older lad, has a lump on his throat which we have taken a biopsy to send to the lab and has a bit of lice

We had to worm him which we knew would land us in trouble with potential colic, sure enough the vet needed to come out and give him some pain relief

Mork is a very underweight gelding with a hoof that is completely infected with pus, that has blown out in 3 places

Mork is on twice daily soaking and bandaging needs as well as twice daily antibiotics to help him

He is covered in rain scald and loss of fur

He is doing well but bloods will be run next week to ensure he is doing ok

Mindy is a very underweight mare that has been up and down with the battle of energy until Friday when she seemed off

Mindy required urgent blood samples to be sent to the lab, urgent fluids and monitoring

The vet came back at night to place her fluid set up for the evening and we have been monitoring her closely

She is battling anaemia, and an internal infection as well as being heavily burdened with worms
