This Christmas, Ruru Tiny Homes is embarking on a mission of compassion, hope, and community. As the housing crisis continues to affect countless Kiwis, we’re taking action — and we’re inviting you to be part of something truly special.

We’re launching a crowdfunded campaign to build a custom tiny home for a person or family in urgent need — with no access to finance, but every reason to deserve a home.

The housing crisis has left too many without a safe place to call home. We believe in solutions, not just sympathy. That’s why this initiative will be run 100% nonprofit — every dollar raised goes toward designing, building, and delivering a Ruru Tiny Home to a deserving person or family.

💚 How It Works

1️⃣ We Find the Right Recipient — With your help, we’ll identify a deserving person or family in need of housing security.

2️⃣ We Crowdfund as a Community — Together, we'll raise the funds to build them a custom Ruru Tiny Home.

3️⃣ We Build a Home & Change a Life — Ruru will build the home at cost, with no profit taken. Every cent counts toward giving someone a fresh start.
