Needing support to access top surgery as I’m feeling really dysphoric and because of my heart condition it’s best to go private . I’m currently studying mental health in social work. I’m really passionate about supporting trans youth and helping others. I enjoy cooking/baking especially for others. I’m a 19 trans guy and been on Testosterone for almost a year.

Top surgery. If the goal is not met, funds raised will go towards savings for the top surgery.
