Raising money to help Trina and her family with her medical expenses, and if any left over, a holiday for them.

Trina is a 36 year old who has had to have a pharyngolaryngectomy (voice box removed) due to a rare cancer (synovial sarcoma) in her neck. She is funding private radiation on the Gold Coast as it is only pubically available if she travelled to Brisbane. She is a wife and a mother, and definitely deserving of a little help....

Hey guys! As you have probably figured out this is a NZ website and Trina is in Australia....suprisingly this was the easiest way to do things! In QLD we would have had to register a charity and also all the websites take a commission. Givealittle.co.nz is completely free!!! The money is going into a seperate account...it is under my name - impossible to get a NZ bank account for Trina without bringing Trina over here! I hereby swear, pinkie promise, girl guide promise all money received will make it to Trina! givealittle.co.nz will take international credit cards, so this should work for you guys in Australia/UK/rest of the world too! (although there maybe a currency conversion fee...) The first aim is to provide a cover for her medical expenses which are adding up - medicare helps but there is still a big chunk after that. If we raise enough from there I would like Trina and her family to be able to book a gorgeous holiday somewhere.
