URGENT: PLEASE HELP US SAVE XYLO AND CHUBBA’S SIGHT

$915 of $4,000 goal
Given by 12 generous donors in around 3 months

Beloved companion dogs face continuous pain, corneal ulcers, vision loss, and blindness. Please help us to secure sight-saving surgeries.

Auckland

These lovely young dogs are living through unimaginable pain due to a condition known as entropion. With every blink, their in-folding eyelashes scrape against their corneas, causing immense discomfort and danger to their vision.

Xylo has already reached a stage where he can't open his eyes, and Chubba’s tears flow constantly. The risks are high: continuous pain, corneal ulcers, vision loss, and blindness.

Please respond swiftly to stop their pain and help us save Chubba and Xylo’s eyesight. We will book them into the vet clinic one by one as donations arrive. Your contributions will not only fund their urgent surgeries but also their neutering, to stop this painful condition being passed on to future generations.

We need to raise a minimum of $3,000 to cover the surgeries and post-op care. If we are fortunate enough to raise any extra funds, they will be put towards our other animals with outstanding vet bills. Thank you so much. 🙏

💥 PLEASE HELP! CHUBBA AND XYLO NEED FURTHER EYE SURGERIES 💥  24 September 2023

Thanks to your kind donations, Xylo and Chubba have both undergone neutering and initial eye surgeries. 💖

Sadly, Xylo managed to get his claw inside the Elizabethan collar and hooked out some stitches. This has resulted in an infection and a second surgery being required.

Unfortunately, part of Chubba's eyelid needs more of the skin removed, so he too, is facing a second surgery.

Both boys have escaped blindness, and their excruciating pain has ended - but please help us to raise enough funds to cover their follow-up operations.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far... 🙏
