Life pressures are relentless. Most kids aren't taught how to cope. Its time to fix that before it's too late.

I’m building The Groundwork - a practical, heart-led wellbeing initiative to support children before they reach breaking point.
Kids today face constant stimulation, pressure, and emotional overload. When they struggle, support often comes too late - after anxiety, behaviour issues, or disconnection have set in. The Groundwork fills that gap early.
I’ve spent years working with children, families, and communities and I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: overwhelmed children who don't have the tools they need to navigate life. Many parents and schools are stretched thin, and too many children quietly fall through the cracks.
This work is about prevention. It gives children grounded tools to understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, manage emotions, and build lasting resilience - reducing the need for adult healing later.
I’m creating workshops and easy-to-use booklets for schools, homes, and community spaces. The need is urgent, but I’m financially stuck and can’t fund creation, printing, or delivery alone.
The Groundwork is currently a community-led initiative, not yet a registered non-profit. All funds will go directly toward creating and sharing these resources.
If you can donate, thank you. If you can share, that helps just as much.
This isn’t about me - it’s about giving children what they need to navigate the world before it consumes them.
With gratitude,
Anna
