Arapohue Retreat is a men’s rehabilitation centre committed to restoring lives broken by addiction, trauma, violence and incarceration. We welcome men from all walks of life, many who have grown up surrounded by hardship, abuse, and cycles of hopelessness, and we offer them a new path forward grounded in faith, healing and transformation.

Our focus is holistic. We work tirelessly to rebuild each man spiritually, mentally, and emotionally helping them rediscover who they truly are and who they were created to be. Through mentorship, structure, and spiritual guidance many of our men are experiencing freedom for the first time in years.

But recovery is not complete without also addressing the physical. That’s why we are now fundraising to create a fully equipped gym at our retreat. Physical training offers more than just health benefits. It builds confidence, restores discipline, boosts natural serotonin and dopamine levels and gives men a powerful daily routine that promotes long-term recovery and wellbeing. We aim to be able to provide the men with a fully-equipped gym to cater for everyone.

This gym will become a vital part of our recovery program helping men rebuild their strength, fitness, and self-worth as they continue their journey to wholeness.
