Zai has serious eye damage from past blunt force trauma. His back is hunched and he is in pain without medication. Please help us help Zai.

Northland

Shockingly our new rescue boy Zai has been the victim of past blunt force trauma to the head. This has caused him to have significant eye damage in that he can only see peripherally in one eye. He also walks with a hunched lower back and needs x-rays to check his hips so we can treat him accordingly. Due to his level of pain the Vet really scares him so he needs full analgesic for this to happen. We are so sad for Zai but know he is now on the road to a better life. Already he is making friends and discovering places hes never been before like the beautiful Ruakaka Beach. Please help us help Zai. and give a little to his cause at Ruakaka Dog Rescue.

Ruakaka Dog Rescue's involvement (page creator)

Zai was relinquished to Ruakaka Dog Rescue by a previous owner who didnt know much about his past. He was free on a Facebook group page. We took him on, will rehab him and rehome him into a family that love and adore him, as he deserves.
