Running or walking 5km daily this Movember to support men’s mental health and raise funds for the Last Chance Project.

Move with Me for Movember 🖤
This November, I’m running (or walking) 5km every single day as part of my Movement for Movember challenge. A month dedicated to supporting the men in our lives and shining a light on men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and overall wellbeing.
This movement is about more than just the kilometres. It’s about starting conversations, showing up, and reminding the men around us that they are seen, valued, and never alone. A few of my amazing colleagues at ALH are also getting amongst this movement across various distances.
Throughout the month (cause running 5km a day for me isn’t enough 😅) I’ll also be running small fundraising events and incentives to help raise money for an incredible cause. Last Chance Project, a charitable trust founded in 2022 by a group of men, for men. Their mission is simple but powerful: to give men a space to talk, connect, and find support when they need it most.
Every step, every kilometre, and every dollar raised will go towards helping them continue the important work they’re doing in the community.
If you can, please donate no matter how big or small. Donate your cafe coffee here. Run 5km with me and donate 5. Get involved in the fundraising events or simply help by sharing this page and spreading the message.
Let’s move for our brothers, fathers, partners, mates, and sons. Let’s move for men’s health. 💙
