I am competing in the project BeneFIT fundraiser to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation. The Mental Health Foundation is an organization that has personal relevance to me as my dad suffered from depression. I think raising awareness of mental health in New Zealand is crucial to understanding people suffering from mental illness.
