One of our sons and his sister have CF. They never use CF as an excuse. Their parents take all opportunities for them to make life normal, despite the kids’ dietary and medical needs. Let’s hope funds raised can be put towards medical advancements to help make their lives easier!
‘ASK yourself?’, our team name, was conceived on the side of the road as three mothers watched their children competing in a triathlon in Oamaru. We are three sporty and relatively fit mums in our forties. In 2013 we completed the event for a challenge and so in 2014 our goal is to raise some funds for the CF cause.

We did it! We all finished and survived! Our total time was 7:25:14 which is slightly better than last year. We are all feeling okay, relieved and again thankful to you all for your support! If you haven't get donated, now would be a good time. Ta
