Bodyfix Gym Giving Back
We are a small Gym in Christchurch with a big heart. As a gym we want to help support Suicide Awareness.

Suicide has hit many of us in some way shape or form. I have lost 2 cousins and 1 very close work mate from Suicide. It is so hard to understand why, to wonder what they were feeling or why they felt they couldn't talk or reach out to close friends, family to just anyone. It is hard to understand how things could be so bad that they felt that leaving us was the only choice they had. It is hard to understand why we their friends and family didn't pick up on the signs. So many questions, so much sadness.
We are a small Gym in Christchurch with a big heart. As a gym we want to help support Suicide Awareness, we want to help give people hope and we want to help people know that it is okay to reach out and that life is not all that bad, there is help!
We all have a chance to make a difference and to try to make the world a better place.

Sometimes we just need someone to be there for us. Not to fix anything or do anything but simply so that we can feel supported and cared for during hard times. As a gym we hope that we can help support this charity as it has touched many of us.

When people say 'oh you're just a gym' we are like HELL NO we are more than just a gym! We help each other out and we lift each other up and at the end of the day when its' time to come together to make a difference we are all there!
