Kia Ora! Ya girl has decided to take on the ultimate challenge for and participate in sober october for the charity Life matters! If you know me well enough this will be difficult staying sober for a month as I'm a sucker for a p*ss up!Not only is this for me to try and learn to have a better relationship with alcohol. Mental health is so important and I know mine spikes up and down like a yo yo! I want to support others like myself and people we all know and love that have low points in their life struggling and the ones that aren't with us now ❤️
We all know someone or have loved ones going through this daily! So I'd love if you got behind me in support of life matters!
