BTS for Homes of Hope

Kiā ora! We, at BTS Kiwi army, have organised a special fundraiser in support of "Homes of Hope" this Christmas season.

BTS is a seven-member Korean group that spreads messages of self-love and comfort through their music, words & performances. They are the epitome of hope as their music comforts & inspires ARMY around the world. In return, ARMY have supported many causes & have built communities to support and encourage each other.

We chose 'Homes of Hope NZ' as we believe that every child deserves a place they can call Home. Homes of Hope gives the best foster care for at-risk children and restores health & wholeness to each child so that they are able to take their place in society – confident, competent & fulfilled. They aim to house children for approx. 18 months to heal trauma, promote healthy physical, emotional and spiritual development, provide education, teach independence, & assist them to recuperate.

Homes of Hope has been committed to excellent, therapeutic, away-from-home care since 2002. They have 3 whare, that provide care for tamariki and sibling groups in the custody of Oranga Tamariki, until such time as they can return to whānau or be placed with their “forever” home. They have an ongoing commitment to the tamariki, whānau & communities they serve and are also committed to ensuring that we are meeting the current needs of these groups.
