Raising money for Anxiety New Zealand Trust to increase awareness of anxiety and provide education, support and treatment for those effected, through the challenge of attempting to summit Mt Rainier (4,392m) on the 28/08/2016.

For as long as I can remember I have been haunted by Anxiety. Catastrophizing, irrational thinking to the point of paralysis. This might seem extreme but is the daily debilitating experience for so many New Zealanders. A never ending spiral which at times seems to have no way out.

Did you know that 1 in 4 Kiwis experience Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders or Phobias?

Anxiety New Zealand Trust are a non-profit, registered charity. Since 1983 their team of specialist psychologists have been taking thousands of Kiwis, from fear to freedom.

What Will My Donation Be Used For?
