Join me on my misson to run my first marathon - Aoraki Mt. Cook Marathon - on October 3rd for Lifeline Aotearoa

Nationwide

In October this year I will be participating in my first marathon which is a challenge I have always wanted to set myself. I have chosen the Aoraki Mt. Cook Marathon which is said to be one of the most beautiful in the world.

I will be running in support of Lifeline Aotearoa who's mission is to reduce distress by providing, safe, accessible, effective, professional and innovative services.

In 2017/ 2018, research showed 1 in 6 New Zealand adults had been diagnosed with a common mental disorder at some time in their lives. This is an issue that effects many New Zealanders whether it be personally or through loved ones.

Lifeline receives over 10,000 calls per month from people of all ages and walks of life who are struggling with a wide range of issues. So please share this around and help me reach my target to support those of us in need.

Thank you for any contribution you can give. Every little bit counts.

Kia kaha
